International transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries. Where data leaves your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. We aim to respond to requests within one month.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar storage needed for the Service to work (for example, remembering your session and theme preference). If we use analytics cookies, you can manage them through your browser settings.
Optional template journey measurement
On the decision-tool overview, you can allow first-party measurement of overview visits, selected template names, free-run starts and successful ranking results. We store a random visit reference, template key, step and time with our hosting provider, Lovable Cloud; never your decision text, answers, email or account ID. This is not sent to Google or Meta. Your choice and its notice version are kept in this tab for up to 24 hours. You can withdraw using “Turn off journey measurement” on the overview; withdrawal stops new events and does not erase already recorded events. Only aggregate last-30-day counts are displayed publicly; raw events are not publicly accessible. You can contact us about deletion using the visit reference stored in your browser.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise the Service through Google Ads. A Google tag on our site measures whether people who click our ads go on to start a trial — this is called conversion measurement. The data involved is usage and device data (such as pages viewed and browser identifiers), shared with Google for ad measurement and optimization.
In regions where the law requires it (including the UK, EEA, Switzerland and Quebec), we ask for your consent before this measurement runs, and you can say no. Wherever you are, you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. We also use the Meta Pixel to measure whether people who click our Facebook or Instagram ads start a trial; it shares similar usage and device data with Meta Platforms for ad measurement and optimization, under the same consent choice. Meta explains its handling at facebook.com/privacy/policy. Google explains how it handles this data at business.safety.google/privacy.
